Every Virtual Data Center includes engineer-led support, platform maintenance, and built-in storage replication to an offsite cluster at no additional cost.
For Offsite Hypervisor Replication customers, the replicated copy stored at KorGrid serves as your secondary copy and follows your selected snapshot retention policy.
KorGrid services are month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time. If you cancel within your first 30 days, you're covered by our satisfaction guarantee and will receive a full refund.
After cancellation, data in your Virtual Data Center is securely deleted within seven days. Backup snapshots may remain in our retention systems for up to three months before being automatically deleted.
